Due to a few bad experiences, I’ve come to think it’s best to introduce a new policy for premade and first time clients in regards to payment. I’m sad to say I’ve had a few issues with the coverart equivalent to pump and dash, or, in our case, covers are sent and client disappears with said covers. Basically, this only applies to first time custom order and premade purchases. We now ask that payment is made before final covers are sent. If you’ve purchased a cover through us before (and you weren’t a pump and dash client, lol), then we can continue on as usual.
That said; I keep an open mind, and I know things (Bills/illness/death in family) come up – so, if there is ever any conflict in regards to payment, please, just contact me, and we will happily negotiate payment.
